All appointments will be confirmed 48-72 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text 804-482-0781 with at least 24 hours notice. A credit card on file will be required after an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of services booked.

Please understand that if you are late to your appointment, your services may need to be rescheduled and a late fee up to 100% of services booked will be charged.

If you are not happy with your results, please let me know. I will be happy to adjust or tweek anything within two weeks of your original service.

Forms of payment that accepted are- cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo.

Extension & Cezanne services will require a 50% deposit upon booking and a credit card on file.
